Daniela Amaro is a proud graduate of Cerritos College, holding an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development. With her qualifications and passion for child development and 20 years experiance in the child care fild. Amaro’s Child Care offers a state-licensed daycare program that prioritizes the health and happiness of each child. We are also a proud participant in the National State Food Program, ensuring that our children receive nutritious meals.
**Safety and Staff Qualifications**
To maintain a safe and enriching environment, we uphold a low staff-to-child ratio of 5 children per teacher. Our teachers are not only CPR certified but also undergo rigorous background checks, including fingerprinting and clear TB tests. All our staff members are either certified in Child Development or enrolled in relevant training courses, ensuring they are well-equipped to foster a positive learning experience.

Amaro’s Child Care is conveniently located in East Lakewood, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just a short walking distance from Cerritos Regional Park and nearby Cerritos Library. Our spacious facility features a large covered patio, allowing us to provide a variety of fun and educational activities regardless of the weather.

We welcome children Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, offering a program designed around learning through play. Our goal is to promote the develpment of valuable skills while ensuring that each child feels safe and comfortable in a loving envinment.
